EventLink Africa maintains high quality standards. Vendors are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct to ensure a consistent experience for event hosts.

Code of Conduct

• Respond to booking requests and client messages within 24–48 hours.
• Provide clear, line-itemed quotes with no hidden fees or surcharges.
• Deliver services with professional care matching the images and descriptions in your portfolio.
• Respect client cancellation policies and uphold contractual refund terms.

Consequences of Infractions

Vendors who receive multiple authenticated negative reviews or fail to respect the standards will be suspended or permanently banned from our platform index by site administrators.
