Welcome to EventLink Africa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Marketplace Use

EventLink Africa connects hosts with third-party service providers. We do not employ these vendors and are not responsible for vendor performance, pricing changes, cancellations, or damage arising during events.

2. Subscription Billing & Fees

Vendors subscribing to paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Billing is managed via Paystack. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Platform Termination

We reserve the right to review listings and suspend or terminate accounts that breach our vendor standards or POPIA requirements.
